The Olympic Athletic Center of Athens (OAKA) was built to host the 1991 Mediterranean Games, and refurbished between 2000 and 2004 to host the 2004 Olympics.
The main statdium, used for the opening/closing ceremonies, soccer, and track and field events, was built in 1982. Capacity: 70000.
