"A good conference is at least 1000km away."
Quick introduction:
I am a research engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs France.
I completed a two-year Postdoctoral Fellowship in the research group (TSP) at McGill University, Montreal, Canada in July 2008 and then a one-year contract as a researcher at Athens Information Technology in Greece, in September 2009.
Before that, I gained a Ph.D. in the Charles L. Brown Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Virginia in August 2006, a MS in the Computer Science department also at the University of Virginia in August 2002, and an Engineering degree from the Ecole Centrale de Lille located in northern France in July 2002. I am originally from a middle-sized town called Châteauroux, around 250 km south of Paris and moderately close to a number of the famous Loire valley castles.
